General apartment pricing & information

For apartment carpet cleaning in July/August 2011:

·         We do not clean until the apartment has been moved out of (to eliminate re-soiling after cleaning).

·         We require a $25 deposit to hold the appointment (necessary because of the tight schedule we operate under during that busy time.

·         Carpets must be pre-vacuumed by tenant or there will be an additional charge.

·         Payments must be made by cash or any credit/debit card at the time of cleaning, We will not bill empty apartment cleanings.

·         Tenant must be available to meet us at the apartment at the time of cleaning (unless it is with a management company that we have contracts and access with.)  We will not chase around for keys.

·         The scheduling will be made as close as we can guess.  There will be adjustments made if needed and we can’t be responsible for scheduling time adjustments.

·         Any heavily soiled, heavily stained carpet will require extra time & additional charges will apply.

·         We make no guarantee that all stains/spots/traffic areas can be removed.  Many variables are involved and there are limits to results.

·         We reserve the right to refuse to clean any apartments that is not ready to be cleaned, that is soiled beyond what cleaning could improve and/or any dangerous situation that the technician warrants.

Removal and/or treatment for red-stains, pet urine spots or odors, candle wax, ink, paint or other serious or potentially permanent will not be dealt with at this time.  These are specialty processes and require extra time, product & expertise that are not available at turn-over time, but can be scheduled at another time.

                Pre-Vacuuming add $10 for 1 bedroom apt, $15 for 2 bedroom & $20 for 3 bedroom or more
